Contributing

These docs and the tools they describe are built in the open for future collaborators. For now, contribution happens in the Khala monorepo — each tool lives under its own directory there (nexus/, observer/, arbiter/, probe/, adept/) — where you can open issues and pull requests.

Shared conventions across the ecosystem — terminology, naming, per-tool versioning, and the Conventional Commits format — live in CONVENTIONS.md.

A formal contribution flow and review guidelines for this docs site will expand here as the ecosystem matures. If you’d like to help in the meantime, open a discussion in the relevant repo.
