Ecosystem

The producer tools never call each other directly. They connect only through Khala: one link, not a web of point-to-point wires.

Fragmented sources — docs, specs, traces, configs, know-how — flow into one link, Khala. A developer and an agent read the same shared view from it, and Adept reads the same link as a ledger: what must be known, measured as vouch coverage. The tools connect only through Khala.
  • Archon is the single authority window: people and agents come to it for domain truth.
  • Observer is one client of that window, alongside developers.
  • Arbiter publishes approved specs into Khala, but it isn’t the source of truth; the authoritative frontmatter is.
  • Adept reads the same link from the other side: the warehouse is the denominator of cognitive debt — what must be known — and vouch coverage is measured against it.
